2023 was quite the year – between growing the team and scrambling to keep up with inventory, we were fortunate to be able to transform so many lovely homes throughout the area! We polled the team on some of their most memorable projects from the past year. Here is a quick recap of our favorites!

Gate District – Amy’s favorite

“This flip of a 115-year old home in the Gate District was a real challenge. Dark wood paneling and flooring, gold fixtures, deep teal to-the-ceiling wall tiles in the kitchen…seriously? But we did it! Area rugs and art that combined all the colors, gold accents throughout, and lots of creamy white upholstery to soften it all. The result was gorgeous, and the house sold VERY quickly.”

Perfection in 63118 – the team’s favorite

There are many incredible renovations being done on homes in South City St. Louis, and this was one to remember!  The combination of white walls, blond wood, and black accents made it truly a favorite. It was not only stunning, but we made it feel warm and comfortable as well. Everyone who worked on this project was proud of how beautifully it all came together.
The Loft – our most challenging project
A VERY challenging project to stage with all of the open space, but the end result was rewarding! This loft featured a living area that was divided by a black wall with see through stone fireplace… and while downtown lofts typically take way longer to sell than single-family homes, this one sold right away. The exposed brick and ceilings were a wonderful sight to behold!
